PUT THE JAR IN PLACE
1. Turn on the appliance by pressing the ON/OFF switch located on the back of the base.
2. Place the jar on the location, with the container handle turned toward you. As shown in gure 1
3. Press the jar downwards, until you see that it has settled correctly, as indicated in gure 2 (if it
does not settle well, try moving the blade a little)
To place the lid, go to the section “place the lid”, if you place the measuring jug on the base with
the lid assembled when you press down (as we have indicated in point 3) you will hear a click.
OBSERVATIONS:
A safety mechanism prevents the appliance from working if the jar is not positioned correctly or the
lid is missing.
FIT AND REMOVE BUTTERFLY ACCESSORY
1. Buttery accessory is used to emulsify foods such as liquid cream, whipped egg whites or
mayonnaise.
2.Buttery accessory ts on knife. Place it over the blades and gently squeeze until it clicks.
3.Take out buttery accessory 14 by pulling it upwards. If it is stuck, turn it around a bit.
IMPORTANT:
- The buttery accessory can only be used with slow speeds, from 1 to 4.
- The TURBO button should not be pressed if the buttery accessory is being used.
PUT ON THE LID
1. Place the lid on the measuring cup so that the part with the hook is next to the handle. Leaving
the padlock open in front of the triangle as shown in gure 1.
2. Press on the cap and turn it clockwise. Until you match the closed padlock with the triangle as
