• With Timer F on OFF, insert the plug in a
current socket suitable to receive it.

• Select with F the cooking time:
From 0 to 60 minutes (in case of short
times, first rotate the handle to the 40 mi-
nutes position, and then return it to the de-
sired time.
• Switching on of the equipment and star-
ting up of the set functions: internal li-
ghting, ventilation, rotation of the spit, heat
sources, takes place when cooking time is
set on F.
ATTENTION even if indicator G is switched
off, the equipment is in operation and very
hot.
• On expiry of the set cooking time, the
oven will emit an acoustic sound, and by
switching off, it will interrupt the set fun-
ctions (ventilation, rotation of the spit, heat
sources).
To prevent that the next cooking cycles
have non desired active functions, rotate
selectors C and E on:

OFF
• To extract spit V, baking pan T, or grill S
from the still hot oven use always the spe-
cial accessories Z or U by paying attention
not to touch directly the hot parts.
• At the end of use, or to clean the equip-
ment, always disconnect the plug from the
electrical network.
