INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Place the oven on a plane surface that can
undertake high temperatures, away from
easily inflammable substances and with
sufficient space around its external walls.
Ventilated cooking oven
Ventilated cooking through hot air move-
ment optimises the different functions of
the oven: cooking, grilling, toasting, and
unfreezing.
Ventilation allows faster and uniform coo-
king: In fact, it browns and makes crispy
the food by keeping its moisture and fla-
vour. In addition, ventilation allows reduc-
tion by 25–30% the temperature and by
20–25% the time necessary for correct coo-
king, resulting in considerable saving of
electrical power.
Use of the spit
• Open the door with plug disconnected
and equipment cold and switched off.
• Unblock the spit clamps and slip off the
carving forks W.
• Slip on the food on the spit and replace
in position the carving forks W.
• Centre the food in the spit and block it
with the two clamps.
• Insert the point (V1) of the spit in the hole
N in the internal right wall of the oven, and
the other end (V2) on support P.
• Check that the food on the spit may ro-
tate easily.
• To collect any fat or seasoning released
by the food during cooking, keep the ba-
king pan T on an underside position.
Use with baking pan and grill
• With disconnected plug, and cold and
switched off equipment open the door and
remove the spit V.
• Prepare the food on the baking pan T or
on the grill S and place them on one of the
supports H.
• By using grill S, to collect any fat or seaso-
ning released by the food during cooling,
leave in the underside position baking pan T.
• Close door A.
With great size foods, to facilitate their uni-
formity of cooking, it may be useful to vary
the position of the baking pan.
