USEFUL ADVICE FOR USE
OF THE APPLIANCE
If you are cooking food with the grill (L),
also insert the tray (N) at the lowest level
of the cooking compartment to collect any
fats that may drip during cooking. Do not
overload the grill (L) and tray (N) with a lot
of food.
ATTENTION:
the tray (N) must be correctly inserted in
the seats (A) of the cooking compartment
before placing pots or pans. The grill (L)
must be inserted into the cooking com-
partment correctly and respecting the di-
rection of insertion (see figure below).

CLEANING
Before cleaning, switch off the oven, re-
move the plug from the socket and wait
for the oven and all its components to
cool down completely.
Never immerse the oven in water. Do not
use steam cleaners to clean the oven.
To wash the individual components that
come into contact with food, use only de-
tergents compatible with food products.
Do not use abrasive and corrosive clea-
ning solutions or tools that could scratch
the surfaces, even metal wool pads and
abrasive sponges must never be used.
The use of these products, by damaging
the internal surfaces and damaging the
protective layer of the oven, promotes
rapid deterioration of the appliance,
making it vulnerable to the formation
of rust and stains.
Any food residues or liquid splashes on
the internal surfaces or on the heating ele-
ments can be removed with a damp cloth.
More stubborn residues can be treated
with a mild dishwashing detergent. The
grill, the dripping pan, the baking tray and
the spit (where present), must be cleaned
as follows: first remove any residual dirt
with a damp cloth, then wash the compo-
nents with water and a mild dish detergent
(never use abrasive products, corrosives,
abrasive sponges or steel wool).
To clean the glass and the control panel,
use a damp cloth.
If that’s not enough, add a little mild di-
shwashing detergent to the damp cloth.
At the end of the operations, dry all the
treated surfaces with a dry cloth.
