the risk of electric shock. this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. if the plug does not fit fully in
the outlet, reverse the plug, if it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension

Assembly Instructions

Preparation and Bulb Type

Verify all parts are present before assembly. Use Type 'A' bulb max 100W, CFL max 23W, or LED max 12W.

Step 1: Base and Neck Assembly

Connect Neck (B) to Base (A) and screw securely. Avoid twisting the power cord during assembly.

Step 2: Harp, Shade, and Bulb Installation

Insert Harp (E) into Saddle (C), place Shade (F) on Harp, tighten Finial (G), and insert Bulb (H) into socket (D).

Step 3: Stability Check

Place the assembled light on a level surface to confirm it is stable.
