If boiling occurs, slightly turn the dial counterclockwise until gurgling or sputtering stops. Then, adjust the dial another 1/8 inch and check the water temperature.

  If water does not flow right away from your Joneca Water Dispenser, it could be due to a slight delay in water flow due to high temperature and for safety reasons, the tank is not under pressure. Make sure all valves on the water supply are open. Also, check the hose from the faucet for twisting or tight bending. Finally, check if the quick-connect filter screen or faucet filter is clogged (see faucet manual).
