3 Emergency procedures
Introduction
Section 3 provides checklists and amplified procedures for handling
emergencies that may occur.
Canopy jettison
To jettison the canopy, pull both left and right canopy jettison latches as
far as possible and push the canopy upward with the latches.
The jettison latches are labelled or engraved as shown in the pictures
below. Figure 3.2-1 illustrates the placard for canopy jettison.

cockpit.
