Repair instructions
Model CS 2156, CS 2159
Unbolt the oil pump from the crankcase.
Loosen the chain guide plate, one or two bolts
depending on the model.
Model CS 2150:
Remove the bolts on the anti-vibration elements on
the same side.

Carefully lift out the oil pump from the crankcase.
Remove the oil hose and fi lter (A). Model CS 2159
has two oil hoses.
Model CS 2150:
Push the housing up a little from the fuel tank and
remove the fi lter (A) from underneath, see the
diagram under “Oil pump – removal CS 2141, CS
2145”.

Remove the pin (B) from the adjuster screw, using
a small drift to press it out.

Press in the pump piston (C) so that the adjuster
screw (D) can be removed. Remove the pump
piston.
