Safety and Warnings
THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS ARE FOR THE BASSINET MODE
IWARNING
Please read these instructions carefully before use
and keep them for future reference.
• Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in
serious injury or death.
• FALL HAZARD—To help prevent falls, do not use this product when the
infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached over 15
lbs. (6.8 kg), whichever comes rst.
• To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants
be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your
physician.
• NEVER use a sheet on the pad when it is in the upper position. Always
attach the pad with the zipper all the way around the perimeter.
• SUFFOCATION
HAZARD
Infants have
suocated:
• In gaps between extra padding
and side of the product.
• On soft bedding.
• Use ONLY the pad provided
by Joovy. NEVER add a pillow,
comforter, or another mattress.
