Assembly of the flue connecting pipe
(fig. 7)
The flue connecting pipe (A), which is packed in the box,
is placed on the top of the fireplace. Place the flue
connecting pipe in such a manner that the screw
attached to it, is facing outwards.
Place one clamp iron (B) on each side. These are held in
place with a screw (C) M8x30mm and with nuts.
Checking the operating parts (fig. 8)
When the insert is in place, always check the control
equipment. These should be freely mobile and appear
satisfactory. The loose handle can be used when the
fireplace is hot.

Assembly of the chimney (fig. 9)
First, have a trial assembly of the insert, without making
holes in the chimney. See the measurements of the
fireproof wall in figure 1.
The insert may be assembled with either an Ø150mm or
an Ø175mm flue pipe. This should be 2.3 mm thick -
enamelled.
NB! Standard flues of 1mm thickness should not be used.
(The supplier can deliver 100o special bends which are
adapted to the insert).
The flue pipe bend should be assembled directly onto
the insert and should be able to rotate 360o. Pipe
Ø150mm is assembled on the inside of the smoke outlet
and the Ø175 is assembled on the outside.
Adapt the flue pipe’s length with an overlap of 40mm,
both in the flue pipe bend and in the chimney collar.
Guide the adapted flue pipe into the chimney collar.
Attach it and pull the pipe back into the flue bend. (Use
the enclosed rope seal).
Place the insert into its final position. With the aid of a
furnace cement (or possibly some rope seal), the flue
pipe bend is placed in the insert’s smoke outlet.
The flue pipe must be attached to the smoke outlet at
the front edge with an M6 self cutting screw (A). Use
an Ø5.5mm drill and make a hole in the flue pipe for the
screw.
NB! It is important that the joints are tightly sealed.
False air or the like can impair the function of the fire.
NB! Remember that the part of the flue pipe which is
guided into the chimney must be insulated with
rockwool.
Operating instructions
Initial lighting
Open the ignition vent on the door fully by moving the vent
all the way to the right (fig. 8 - A). Then open the draught
vent by moving it fully by pushing it to the right (B). Put in
some crumpled newspaper, kindling wood and firewood
and start a small fire. Add more firewood gradually and let
the fire burn briskly for a couple of hours.
Note! Odors when using the stove for the first time.
Painted products: The stove may emit an irritating gas when
used for the first time, and it may smell a little. The gas is
not toxic, but it is recommended to open a window or a
door to provide additional ventilation in the room. Let the
fire burn with a high draught until all traces of gas have
disappeared and no smoke or smells can be detected.
Enamelled products: Condensation may form on the surface
