Remove top cover, drill holes, and remove specific circuit board components.
Install option plug-in units and solder necessary wires and coax cables.
Mount the top and bottom covers of the NRD-515 receiver.
Power on, tune receiver to 00.0 kHz for maximum S-meter reading.
Adjust L3 and L9 for maximum S-meter reading and mount the top cover.
