by the manufacturer.
Warranty and guarantee
Our products undergo strict quality control. Should any
JUICE arcle fail to funcon awlessly, however, we deep-
ly regret such circumstances and request that you contact
our Customer Service operaons noted below. We’re glad-
ly available by phone or e-mail if you wish to contact us.
In addion to the statutory guarantee, we grant you a
warranty covering all JUICE arcles in accordance with the
following terms and condions. This does not aect your
common law rights.
Any claims arising from the statutory guarantee or our
warranty must be made immediately aer becoming aware
of the defect within the guarantee or warranty period.
Both periods come into force from the date of purchase
or delivery.
Warranty
· The warranty is valid for two years from the date of
purchase and is regulated by law.
Guarantee
· The warranty period is 2 years from the date of pur-
chase. The warranty applies on the connent where the
device was purchased, and takes the form of a Bring-In
warranty.
· During the warranty period, appliances that develop
defects due to material and manufacturing faults will
be repaired or replaced at our discreon. Exchanged
appliances or parts thereof shall become our property.
Exercise of the warranty shall not extend the warranty
period or trigger a new warranty.
Making warranty claims
· Have the following documents ready, as they form the
basis for making claims arising from your guarantee or
warranty:
- Delivery note (date of start of the warranty period)
- Invoice (proof of purchase)
- Warranty cercate with device serial number
· Please contact our Customer Service (see the secon
on Customer service).
· Please do not send your appliance to one of our
warehouses or to our head oce without contacng us
rst, as our Service Centres are located elsewhere. The
parcel would be returned to you at your own expense
in such cases.
· If the defect is covered by the statutory guarantee or
our warranty scope, you will receive either a new, a
repaired or a replacement device within a reasonable
period of me. In such cases, JUICE TECHNOLOGY
AG will cover the return postage costs to the following
countries: DE, CH, LI, AT, FR, IT, UK, NL, BE, LU, DK.

· major environmental factors (humidity, heat, power
surges, dust, etc.) impact the device

generated by the vehicle

been taken
· if safety instrucons and hazard warnings have not
been heeded
· force has been applied to the device (e. g. if it has been
subject to impact or collision, or if it has been dropped,

In various countries, the local Technical Connecon Rules
for Low Voltage spulate that the responsible power
provider ulity be noed of electric car charging staons
or that an authorisaon or license be obtained from
the ulity. Many power providers, however, have yet to
dene procedures for such nocaon or authorisaon,
in parcular for mobile charging staons which, by their
very nature, are usually not used at all within the ulity’s
service area. Aer numerous discussions of this maer, we
recommend that you at least nofy your power provider if
your JUICE BOOSTER 2 is used as a wall-mounted charg-
ing staon. The form of nocaon or registraon has not
yet been automated, and is in some cases dened on the
power provider’s website.
