Steps
1. Place base onto floor.
2. Remove screws.
3. Insert mart into base tubes.
4. Mount strut tube.
5. Reassemble screws and tighten.
6. Slide chrome tube up to
second hole location.
7. Remove the screw, Slide
handle bar onto chrome
tube, and slide tray
assembly into chrome tube.
8. Reassemble screw and
tighten.
