Playing JPEG les
t This unit can play back picture les with the
extension code <.jpg> or <.jpeg>.
t This unit can play back les that are at 32 x 32 to

conditions below:
– Bit rate:
MP3: 8 kbps – 320 kbps
WMA: 5 kbps – 320 kbps
AAC: 16 kbps – 320 kbps
– Sampling frequency:
8 kHz – 48 kHz (for MP3/WMA)
44.1 kHz (for WAV)
32 kHz – 48 kHz (for AAC)
t This unit can show ID3 Tag Version
1.0/1.1/2.2/2.3/2.4 (for MP3).
t This unit can also show WMA/WAV/AAC Tag.
t This unit can play back les recorded in VBR
(variable bit rate).
t Files recorded in VBR have a discrepancy in
elapsed time indication.
t This unit cannot play back the following les:
– MP3 les encoded with MP3i and MP3 PRO
format.
– MP3 les encoded with Layer 1/2.
– WMA les encoded with lossless, professional,
and voice format.
– WMA les which are not based upon Windows
Media® Audio.
– WMA/AAC les copy-protected with DRM.
– AAC les encoded using any other application
than iTunes.
– AAC les copy-protected with FairPlay (except
those stored on an iPod/iPhone).
– Files which have data such as AIFF, ATRAC3, etc.
t This unit can display jacket pictures that meet the
conditions below:
– Picture size: 32 x 32 to 1 232 x 672 resolution
– Data size: less than 500 KB
