Item Measuring Conditions and Main Adjustments
7. Receive 360 kHz and adjust TC4 so that output level
becomes maximum.
8. Repeat the above step 6. through 7. so that output
level becomes maximum.

1. Radio band : SW
2. Signal input : Dummy antenna/TP1, TP2
3. Input frequency : 5.8 MHz, 18.6 MHz
6.0 MHz, 18.0 MHz
< Adjustment >
1. Receive 5.8 MHz at maximum variable capacitor
position.
2. Adjust L7 so that output level becomes maximum.
3. Receive 18.6 MHz at minimum variable capacitor
position.
4. Adjust TC7 so that output level becomes maximum.
5. Adjust the above aligning position (L7 & TC7)
repeatedly so that the tuner can be received above
frequency range (band width).
6. Receive 6.0 MHz and adjust L8 so that output level
becomes maximum.
7. Receive 18.0 MHz and adjust TC8 so that output
level becomes maximum.
8. Adjust the above aligning position (L8 & TC8)
repeatedly so that the tuner can be obtained the best
sensitivity.
<Conditions >
1. Radio band : FM
2. Signal input : 75 Q unbalance
Positive side to TP1
Negative side to TP2
3. Input frequency : 87.5 MHz, 109 MHz
90 MHz, 106 MHz
< Adjustment >
1. Receive 87.5 MHz at maximum variable capacitor
position.
2. Adjust L1 so that output level becomes maximum.
3. Receive 109 MHz at minimum variable capacitor
position.
4. Adjust TC 1 so that output level becomes maximum.
5. Adjust the above aligning position (L1 & TC1)
repeatedly so that the tuner can be received above
frequency range (band width).
6. Receive 90 MHz and adjust L2 so that output level
becomes maximum.
7. Receive 106 MHz and adjust TC2 so that output
level becomes maximum.
8. Adjust the above aligning position (L2 & TC2)
repeatedly so that the tuner can be obtained the best
sensitivity.
