First
connect
the
car
adapter
to
the
DC
IN
12
V
jack,
not
the
cigarette
lighter
socket,
because
shorting
of
a
plug
on
the
car
may
cause
the
fuse
to
blow
out.
In
addition,
be
careful
not
to
make
a
short-circuit
between
the
plugs.

When
using
a
car
battery,
be
sure
to
use
the
specified
car
adapter
{JVC
mode!
CA-R120E)
to
prevent
mishaps
or
damage
resulting
from
different
polarity
design.
