3.1.2 Removing the front panel assembly
(See Figs.4 to 7)
• Prior to performing the following procedures, remove the metal
cover.
(1) From the top side of the main body, disconnect the parallel
wires from the connector CN420
on the main board. (See
Fig.4)
(2) Disconnect the parallel wires from the connectors CN451
,
CN452
and CN460 on the main board. (See Fig.4)
(3) Remove the screw C attaching the earth wire to the main
board. (See Fig.4)
(4) Remove the earth wire attaching to the chassis base. (See
Fig.4)
Reference:
When attaching the screw C, attach the earth wire with
it. (See Fig.4)
(5) From the bottom side of the main body, remove the three
screws D attaching the front panel assembly. (See Fig.5)
(6) Remove the front panel assembly in the direction of the ar-
row while releasing the two joints a and two joints b. (See
Fig.5 to 7)
