3 Make the settings as you want.
To set on-time
Press 4/x
to select the hour (minute), then press
TIMER to confirm.
To set off-time
Press 4/x
to select the hour (minute), then press
TIMER to confirm.
To select the source to play
Press CD6 or FM/AM button to select the source, then
press TIMER to confirm.
• When you press FM/AM, TUNER is selected as the
source. In this case, perform the following to select the
band and preset station.
1 Press 4/x
to select “FM PRE” (FM) or “AM
PRE” (AM), then press TIMER to confirm.
2 Press 4/x
to select the preset station, then
press TIMER to confirm.
4 Repeat steps 2 and 3 to make all the Daily Timer
settings. (On-time, off-time and source.)
5 Activate the Daily Timer

The (Timer) indicator lights on the display and the
TIMER lamp on the main unit lights red.
6 Adjust the volume level.
7 Turn off the System.
To deactivate the Daily Timer
When the System is turned on...
The (Timer) indicator on the display and the TIMER
lamp on the main unit go off.
• When both the Daily Timer and the Sleep Timer are
activated, the System is turned off at the earlier off-time.

How the Daily Timer works
Once the Daily Timer is set, the (Timer) indicator
lights on the display and the TIMER lamp on the main
unit lights red. The Daily Timer is activated at the same
time everyday until the timer is turned off manually.
When the on-time comes
The System turns on, tunes in to the specified station or
starts playing the specified source.
• The sound level is gradually turned up until the last
time you set. (Maximum Vol.16)
• While the Daily Timer is working, the (Timer)
indicator flashes on the display.
• Without canceling the Daily Timer, you can change the
source or adjust the volume after the Daily Timer starts
playback.
When the off-time comes
The System stops playback and turns off (standby).
• The Daily Timer setting remains in memory until you
change it.
