Inserting the water
lter (not included)
Safety instruction:
Please read the water
filter operating and
safety instructions carefully.
For hygiene reasons change the
water filter every 3 months at the
latest. Also descale the machine
once a year using K-fee® –
your system Descaler.
Risk of scalding!
Very hot water.
Use the rotary scale to
set the month for the
next filter change.
The water filter prevents scaling,
removes odorous and taste-affecting
substances (chlorine etc.) and
optimises the quality of the bever-
age. Only use water filters that are
suitable for the K-fee® – your system.

Eject existing
capsule.
Rinse
the machine.
Insert water filter and push
down firmly.
Empty the water tank.
Rinse water
filter twice in a row.
