What to do if my Kaco blueplanet 1502xi Inverter display is blank and the LEDs aren't lighting up?
    • W
      William AyalaAug 13, 2025
A blank display and unlit LEDs on your Kaco Inverter can occur for several reasons. The unit may be in night shutdown mode, which happens when the solar generator voltage is below the minimum grid-feed voltage for an extended period. You can try to view the measured values by switching on the inverter via the night start-up key. Alternatively, there may be no AC line voltage, in which case you should wait until the public utility grid is available again. Low solar generator voltage or the DC/AC switch being OFF can also cause this issue. Check that the DC/AC switch is in the ON (1) position. If the display remains off during daylight hours, contact your solar installer.

Why is my Kaco blueplanet 1502xi active but not feeding into the grid?
    • K
      Kevin LopezAug 17, 2025
If your Kaco Inverter is active but not feeding into the grid, it could be due to insufficient generator voltage, which can happen after sunrise, at sunset, during bad weather, or if solar modules are covered. It could also be that the line voltage or the solar generator voltage is not stable. The inverter checks the line parameters before grid-feed begins, and this switch-on time can take several minutes, varying by country standards.

What to do if my Kaco Inverter stops supplying power to the grid shortly after being switched on?
    • E
      Elizabeth JacksonAug 21, 2025
If your Kaco Inverter feeds into the grid for only a few seconds before switching off again, even with sufficient sunlight, it may be due to a faulty grid separation relay in the inverter.

    Emily HamiltonAug 25, 2025
Why does the line fuse trip when using my Kaco Inverter?
    • E
      Erica HughesAug 25, 2025
The line fuse may trip because its capacity is too low. The inverter’s pre-fuse capacity should be somewhat higher than the maximum grid-feed current.

    Michael LozanoAug 28, 2025
Why are the daily energy yields of my Kaco blueplanet 1502xi Inverter different from the energy supply company’s grid-feed counter?
    • D
      David JacksonAug 28, 2025
The daily yields displayed on your Kaco Inverter may deviate from the values on your supply grid operator’s grid-feed counter by up to 15%, especially if operating at very low power for extended periods of time, due to tolerances of the measuring elements in the inverter.

How to fix an impossible daily peak value on my Kaco blueplanet 1502xi?
    • R
      Robert CampbellSep 1, 2025
If your Kaco Inverter displays an impossible daily peak value due to faults in the line voltage, note that the inverter will continue to operate normally without yield losses. The value is reset overnight. To immediately reset the value, switch the inverter off and on again using the DC/AC switch in the connection box.

Why doesn't my Kaco blueplanet 1502xi Inverter feed in the maximum power into low-voltage grid even with high insolation?
    • M
      Mckenzie GonzalesSep 5, 2025
If your Kaco Inverter doesn't feed in the maximum power into low-voltage grid despite high insolation, it could be too hot, causing the power to be reduced. Provide sufficient cooling for the unit.

Is noise emission from my Kaco blueplanet 1502xi Inverter normal?
    • G
      gillmarkSep 9, 2025
Noise emissions from the Kaco Inverter can occur due to particular ambient conditions. These emissions do not affect the operation of the inverter.
