  If your Kärcher Water Pump stops, the display shows "Err2", and two pairs of lights blink alternately, this could be due to a failure in the pressure line causing a flow that is too small, or the pump frequently switching on and off because of reduced water extraction. To address this, if reduced water extraction is required, the switching frequency can be reduced by increasing the overpump time. Also, check and correct the pressure line for leakages (dripping water tap). After addressing the cause, press the “SET" button to restart.

  If your Kärcher Water Pump stops intermittently and turns back on, and after several switch procedures, the display shows "Err2" with two lights blinking alternately, it could be due to pressure loss from a missing or defective backflow valve. Ensure that the backflow valve is correctly inserted into the fill neck. Also, check all connection locations on the suction and pressure sides as well as all the lids for tightness, because pressure reduction by leakages in the system is another possible reason. Consider installing a pressure compensating hose on the pressure side, or a pressure compensating container as a pressure tank.

  If your Kärcher Water Pump stops, the display shows "Err1", and all lights blink, this could be due to a failure on the suction side, preventing pressure from building up. Remove the prefilter and the backflow valve and clean them under flowing water, rinsing any dirt residues from the fill neck by opening the discharge opening and check connections on the suction side for leakage. Another cause could be that the flow meter is jammed or missing. Check for correct orientation and clean the flow meter. After addressing the cause, press the “SET" button to restart.

  If your Kärcher Water Pump's transport is reducing or the transported quantity is too low, it could be due to a blocked suction pipe. Pull out the mains plug and clean the suction pipe. Another possible cause is a dirty pre-filter, so remove the prefilter and the backflow valve and clean them under flowing water, rinsing any dirt residues from the fill neck by opening the discharge opening. Also, the suction side might be leaky, so check the entire suction side for leaks. The quantity transported by the pump depends on the transport height and the connected periphery, so keep max. flow height, see technical data and if necessary, select a different hose diameter or hose length.
