If your Kärcher Water Pump is running but not delivering water, there might be air in the pump. Refer to the Preparation and Operation chapter for the correct startup procedure. Alternatively, dirt particles might be blocking the suction area. In this case, disconnect the mains plug and clean the suction area. Also, ensure the suction hose and connection adapter are correctly screwed in, with seals properly fitted and manually tightened. Finally, check if the pre-filter is clogged and clean it if necessary.

If the capacity of your Kärcher Water Pump drops or is too low, start by checking for clogs in the suction area. Disconnect the mains plug and clean the suction area. Also, the delivery rate depends on the delivery head, so observe the maximum delivery head in the Specifications chapter and consider using a different hose diameter or length. Ensure the valve/ball tap is fully open to avoid narrowing the cross-section on the pressure side. Check for and eliminate any kinks in the hose on the pressure side. Lastly, clean the pre-filter if it's clogged.
