Also, check that hoses and fittings are airtight, and purge the pump by turning off the machine and squeezing the trigger gun until a steady water flow emerges. Clean the water inlet filter by removing it and rinsing in warm water. Clear any obstructions from the discharge nozzle with a fine needle. If the gun, hose, or spray wand is calcified, run distilled vinegar through the detergent suction tube.

Finally, reset the breaker or GFCI if it has tripped.
