Water Supply Requirements

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Insert rear wheels

Insert the rear wheels into the body of the unit for assembly.

Step 2: Insert steering rollers

Insert the steering rollers into the unit until they click into place.

Step 3: Install water inlet adapter

Install the supplied adapter to the unit's water inlet.

Step 4: Connect high pressure hose

Connect the high pressure hose to the trigger gun until it locks audibly.

Disconnect high pressure hose

Press the disconnect key on the trigger gun and remove the high pressure hose.

Operating Instructions

Step 1: Connect high pressure hose to outlet

Connect the high pressure hose to the unit's high pressure outlet.

Step 2: Insert spray wand into trigger gun

Insert the spray wand into the trigger gun and twist into locked position.

Step 3: Attach garden hose connector

Screw the garden hose connector onto the end of your garden hose.

Step 4: Connect garden hose to water inlet

Push the garden hose connector onto the water inlet connector and ensure it clicks.

Step 5: Connect garden hose and turn on water

Connect garden hose to cold water source and turn water on completely.

Step 6: Plug in and test GFCI

Plug the GFCI into an outlet, press reset, test, and reset buttons.

Step 7: Purge air from spray nozzle

Unlock safety lock and trigger gun to eliminate trapped air until steady water flows.

Step 8: Turn on the pressure washer

Turn the switch to the (I / ON) position. Motor runs when trigger is pulled.

Adjusts cleaning pressure with settings for Max, Min, and Mix for detergent application.

Dirtblaster® (Rotary Spray Wand)

Features a 0º pencil jet rotating 360º for maximum dirt cutting action.

Working With Detergents

Detergent Application

Apply detergents at low pressure (Mix) using the Vario Power Spray Wand.

Detergent Rinse and Cleanup

Rinse with high pressure after detergent application and flush the system with fresh water.

Detergent Precautions

Use Kärcher® detergents. Avoid bleach, solvents, ammonia, and acid-based chemicals.

Taking a Break

Secure Gun and Turn Off

Release trigger, engage safety lock, and turn the pressure washer to the 0/OFF position.

Unplug the cord, turn off water, release pressure, and disconnect hoses.

Troubleshooting

Motor Will Not Start

Check ON/OFF switch position, power cord connection, and outlet.

Unit Does Not Reach High Pressure

Verify hose diameter, water supply, and check for clogged inlet filter.

Output Pressure Varies

Ensure sufficient water supply, check for air in pump, and clean nozzle.

Detergent Not Dispensing

Confirm siphon tube connection, check detergent thickness, and clear filter/tube.

Garden Hose Connection Leaks

Tighten fittings or replace missing/worn rubber washer.
