How to fix a Kärcher K 3.48 M when the motor will not start?

If your Kärcher Pressure Washer motor won't start, first ensure the On/Off switch is in the “ON” (I) position. Then, check that the power cord is properly plugged into a functioning electrical outlet. If it still doesn't work, try a different outlet, as the current one may not be providing enough power. Also, check the GFCI plug and press the “RESET” button. Finally, if the circuit breaker has tripped, switch off the pressure washer; it will reset automatically once the unit cools down.
