      If your Kärcher Pressure Washer isn't reaching high pressure, consider these potential causes and solutions: the diameter of the garden hose may be too small, so replace it with a 3/4 inch garden hose; the water supply may be restricted, so check the garden hose for kinks, leaks, and blockages; there may not be enough inlet water supply, so open the water source fully; the water inlet filter may be clogged, so remove the filter and rinse it in warm water; or the soap nozzle may be installed, so remove the soap nozzle and connect the spray wand.

      If your Kärcher Pressure Washer motor won't start, possible causes include: the On/Off switch is in the “OFF” position (turn it to the “ON” position); the power cord is not plugged in (plug it in); the extension cord is too long, not the proper gauge, or damaged (replace it with a 25 ft. 12/2 gauge cord or a 50 ft. 10/2 gauge cord); the electrical outlet does not supply adequate power (try a different outlet); or a tripped circuit breaker (reset the breaker or ground fault circuit interrupter).

      If the output pressure on your Kärcher Pressure Washer varies, it could be due to: insufficient inlet water supply (turn the water on full force and check the garden hose for kinks, leaks, or blockages); the pump sucking air (check that hoses and fittings are airtight, then turn off the machine and purge the pump by squeezing the trigger gun until a steady flow of water emerges through the nozzle); a clogged water inlet filter (remove the filter and rinse it in warm water); an obstructed discharge nozzle (blow out or remove debris with a fine needle); or a calcified gun, hose, or spray wand (run distilled vinegar through the detergent suction tube).
