Risk of burns due to hot oil or possible hot
hose lines!
Ready a catch bin for appr. 6 litre oil.
Allow engine to cool down.
Unscrew oil drain plug.
Unscrew the oil fill lid.
Drain off oil.
Unscrew the oil filter.
Clean the intake and sealing areas.
Coat the washer of the new oil filter with
oil before fitting it.
Fit in the new oil filter and tighten it by
hand.
Screw in the oil drain screw along with
the new washer (torque to 60 Nm).
Fill in motor oil.
Oil grade: Refer to chapter "Technical
data"
Close oil filler opening.
Let the motor run for approx. 30 sec-
onds.
Check engine oil level.
Deliver the old oil to the respective col-
lection centres.

The oil level must be within the viewing
glass.
Clean the lid and the surroundings.
Remove the lid.
Refill hydraulic oil.
Oil grade: Refer to chapter "Technical
data"
Check all hydraulic hoses and connec-
tions and ensure that they are leak-
proof.
Only Kärcher Customer Service is author-
ised to carry out maintenance tasks on the
hydraulic unit.

Park the machine on an even surface.
Clean the lid and the surroundings.
Unscrew the screws and remove the lid.
Take out the spring and the filter insert.
Place the collection trough under the oil
drain screw (approx. 20 litres capacity).
Unscrew the oil drain screw and collect
oil.
Screw in the oil drain screw along with
the new washer (torque to 40 Nm).
Fill the oil into the filler neck.
See "Specifications" for oil volume and
type.
Insert the new hydraulic oil filter.
Check the seal and insert it.
Install the spring.
Replace the lid and tighten the screws.
Start the engine and let it run for a few
minutes.
Check the oil drain screw and the lid for
leaks.
Check the hydraulic oil level.
Deliver the old oil to the respective col-
lection centres.

Clean the area around the oil fill screw
and the oil drain screw.
Place the collection trough under the oil
drain screw.
Unscrew the oil drain screw and collect
oil.
Turn the oil fill screw out.
Fix in the oil drain screw and tighten it.
(Torque 30 Nm).
Refill oil.

type.
Screw the oil fill screw in and tighten it
(torque 30 Nm).
Deliver the old oil to the respective col-
lection centres.
Remove the right engine panel.

Cooling water equalising reservoir
The cooling water level must be checked
while the engine is cooled off.
– The cooling water level must be at the
lower marking.
Change the engine oil and the oil filter
(for MIC 34C)
Check hydraulic oil level and refill hy-
draulic oil
Check hydraulic unit
Replace the hydraulic oil and filter Change the oil in the wheel motors
Check cooling water units
