Servicing of double-insulated ma-
chines
In a double-insulated machine, two
systems of insulation are provided in-
stead of grounding. No grounding
means is provided on a double-insulat-
ed machine, nor should a means for
grounding be added to the machine.
Servicing a double-insulated machine
requires extreme care and knowledge
of the system, and should be done only
by qualified service personnel. Re-
placement parts for a double-insulated
machine must be identical to the parts
they replace.
General notes
Read the original instruc-
tions before using the de-
vice for the first time and act in
accordance with it. Keep this docu-
ment for future reference or for future
owners.
If the operating instructions and
safety instructions are not observed,
the device can be damaged and
dangers could arise for users and
other persons.
Notify the dealer immediately in the
case of shipping damage.
Check the package contents when
unpacking for missing accessories
or for damage.
