  If your Kärcher Vacuum Cleaner's suction performance is insufficient, several factors could be the cause. Make sure the wastewater tank cover fits correctly and is positioned properly. Also, examine the seal at the wastewater tank cover; clean or replace it if necessary. Check and clean the fluff strainer, and inspect the spray/suction hose for any blockages. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the suction motor (M1) may need to be checked or replaced.

If the issue persists, consider checking or replacing the water pump (M2).
