TROUBLESHOOTING
Error code Possible cause Solution
E01 Temperature sensor open circuit. Replace temperature senser probe.
E02 Temperature sensor short circuit. Replace temperature senser probe.
E03 Abnormality detected on power board. Replace power board.
E04 Door lock not locked. Replace the door lock.
If an abnormality occurs , the oven will enter the protective state automatically and display
corresponding protective codes:

Please do not disassemble the unit by yourself to avoid any dangers and damages to the oven
and please contact the service department.
Problem Cause/Solution
The oven does not warm up.
Check whether one of the following actions solves
the problem:
1. The oven may not be turned on.
Turn on the oven (turning the screen on).
2. A fuse may have blown in your house or a circuit
breaker may have tripped.
Change the fuses or reset the circuit.
If this happens several times, call Customer
Services for technical support.
Cannot change the temperature set.
Ensure that the controls are working correctly.
(See instructions in Use section).
The oven light does not switch on.
It may be necessary to change it, but rst of all
check that it is correctly tted and making contact
correctly. Remember that bulbs are not covered by
the warranty. Call Customer Services.
The grill does not heat up correctly.
Grill temperature may be set too low. Set the
temperature control to a higher temperature.
IMPORTANT: If the oven becomes responsive during an operational
task, press the key for 8 seconds to restart the oven.
