CRANKCASE
 Wipe the crankcase mating surfaces with
clraning solvent.
 Apply QIANJIANG NO.1215 evenly to the
mating surface of the right half of the
crankcase
 Tighten the crankcase screws securely.
 Check if crankshaft rotates smoothly.
Install gearcase bearing
Install new bearing and oil seal into gearcase cover with special tool, and tighten
anchor pin.
