Commands to configure buffer:
Specify buffer size.
Enable or disable auto buffer sizing (uses :trigger:count).
Select source of readings (SENSe[1], CALCulate [1], NONE).
Select buffer control mode (NEVer, NEXT, ALWays).
Read all readings in the buffer.
