The Keithley Instruments Series 2600B System SourceMeter
®
Instruments are medium-power source-measure units (SMUs) that
simplify test processes by combining source and measure capabilities
in a single instrument. A Series 2600B SourceMeter Instrument is a
scalable, high-throughput, cost-effective solution for precision DC,
pulse, and low-frequency AC source-measure testing.
The Series 2600B documentation includes:
 Quick Start Guide: Shows you how to unpack and set up the
instrument to determine that the instrument is functional.
 Reference Manual: Provides comprehensive information about
the instrument’s features, operation, optimization, maintenance,
troubleshooting, and programming commands.
