installation fi les for Clarius+. These can only be installed on the
4200A-SCS Parameter Analyzer.

Introduction
The easy-to-use Model 4200A-SCS Parameter Analyzer
performs lab grade DC and pulse device characterization,
real-time plotting, and analysis with high precision and
sub-femtoamp resolution. The 4200A-SCS offers the
most advanced capabilities available in a fully integrated
characterization system, including a complete, embedded
computer with a Microsoft Windows operating system and
mass storage. When running a test sequence, you can view
results and plots for completed tests while the sequence is
still running so you can begin analyzing results sooner.
