S530 KTE communications diagrams
The S530 KTE System uses both ethernet and GPIB to communicate with and control the
instruments. The diagrams shown in the following figure show how the instruments are connected to
each other and what type of communications are used.
The following figure shows three and four 2636A/B source-measure units. However, the system only
requires one 2636A/B (you can have up to four).
