Assembly and glazing of burglar resistant elements
according to EN 1627
1. Glazing according to glazing guideline (997-000092-01)

2. Fittings
Compression-resistant packing:
- between outer frame and masonry (see installation instruction 997-000120-01) - in case of sliding leaf around the security locking points
3. Fixing of glazing or rather infill
See drawings KELL-16-0055.01, KELL-16-0055.03, KELL-16-0055.04, KELL-16-0062.01, KELL-16-0064.01 to
.03 and KELL-16-0066.01 to .02.
Applies for multipointlockings:
- in class RC2 / RC2 N at least one profile cylinder must be installed according to one of the following criteria:
See drawings KELL-16-0015.01 to .02, KELL-16-0053.01 to .02 and installation instruction 997-000120-01.
4. Fixing to masonry / Compression-resistant packing
The outer frame must be secured with fixing materials according to instruction (Installation instruction
997-000120-01).

5. Control of the compression-resistant packing
For hollow block and light building blocks, appropriate strength supporting activities sould be applied. For wood
framed walls, a structure in accordance with EN 1627 must be taken into account.
6. Verify the engagement of the bolt into the strike holes
7. Fill the residual hollow space between outer frame and masonry
with foam
