If your Kemppi Wire Feeders Promig Evolution isn't working, start by checking the 6.3A fuse F2 in the power source and replace it if blown, ensuring there are no short circuits in the control cable. Also, verify that the control cable is correctly connected and that connector X1 on the control card A001 is secure and not damaged. Check the Promig operation voltage +50 VDC from the connector X1/1 and X1/3 and see if all LED indicators light up. If problems persist, the control card A001 might be defective and require replacement.
