Oven Controls
For satisfactory use of your oven, become familiar with the various keypad functions.
Minimum & maximum control settings
All of the cooking features listed have minimum and maximum
time and temperature settings that may be entered into the
control. An entry acceptance beep will sound each time a key is
pressed.
To activate the Oven Lockout function the oven lockout key must
be pressed and held for at least 3 seconds before the lockout
function starts.
An entry error tone (3 short beeps) will sound if the entry of the
temperature or time is below the minimum allowable setting or
above the maximum setting for the cooking feature. The error
tone will also sound any time a key is pressed if the entry is
determined to be an invalid selection.
Oven control
11. Warm and Hold - Use to select Warm and Hold function.
1. Cooktop lock - Use to lockout cooktop controls. 12. Conv Bake - Use to select Conv Bake function.
2. Timer Set/Off - Use to set or cancel timer. 13. Conv Convert - Use to select Conv Convert function.
3. Add 1 Minute - Use to add additional minutes to timer. 14. Conv Roast - Use to select Conv Roast function.
4. Cook Time - Use to enter length of cook time desired. 15. Recipe Recall - Use to store and recall recipes.
5. Delay Start - Use with Bake, Conv Bake, Conv Convert and Flex
Clean functions to program a delay start time.
16. Broil - Use to select Broil function
6. Oven Lights - Use to turn oven lights ON and OFF. 17. Flex Clean - Use to set a 2, 3, or 4 HR self-clean cycle.
7. C l o c k - Use to set time of day 18. START - Use to start oven functions.
8. Slow Cook - Use to set Slow Cook function 19. STOP - Use to cancel any oven function previously entered
except Clock and Timer.
9. Pre-Heat - Use to pre-condition the oven temperature 20. Oven Lockout - Use to lock out oven functions and door.
10. Bake - Use to start a normal Bake function 21. 0-9 keypads - Use to enter oven temperatures and times.
