If no sparks appear at any electrodes when the control knob is turned to HI and no noise can be heard from the spark module on your Kenmore Grill, ensure the battery is installed correctly with the positive end facing outward and the negative end facing inward. If the battery is dead, replace it with a new AAA-size alkaline battery. Also, check that the wire assembly is installed properly by unscrewing the ignition module assembly and ensuring all wires are correctly installed before reinstalling it. If none of these steps work, the spark module may be faulty, and you should contact customer service at 1-888-287-0735 to replace the ignition module assembly.
