• Turnthecontrolswitchleftuntilreachingtomaximumlevel.Whenyou
pressthecontrolswitchallburningigniterswillstartoperating.Release
theswitchinfewsecondsafterburningoftheburner,and bring the
controlswitchtothedesiredflamepositionbetweenthemaximumand
minimumlevels.(Figure2)
• Iftheflameisgonewhenyoureleasetheswitch,youshouldrepeat
theaboveprocess.Butthistimepresstheswitchandholdforabout10
seconds.
• Turnthecontrolswitchrighttoturnthehoboff.
• AllburnersonyourhobareequippedwithFlameFailureDevice.Thissystemwillcutthegassupply
toburnerifitisextinguishedforanyreason(overflow,spill,draft,etc.).Incaseofsuchevent,turnthe
knobto“off”positionandtrytoignitetheburneragain.
• The pan diameter andthe burner powershould match in orderto use it the most efeciently. The
diametersproperforeachburneraregiveninthetable.
• Selecttheproperpandiameterandvolumeinordertousetheproperburner.
