Not suitable materials: aluminium and stainless-steel without ferromagnetic bottom, copper, brass, glass,
ceramic,porcelain.
The manufacturers specify if their products are
compatiblewithinduction.
Tocheckifpansarecompatible:
• Putalittlewaterinapanplacedonaninduction
heatingzonesetatlevel[9].Thiswatermust
heatinafewseconds.
• Amagnetstickstothebottomofthepan.
Certainpanscanmakenoisewhentheyareplacedon
aninductioncookingzone.Thisnoisedoesn’tmean
anyfailureoftheapplianceanddoesn’tinfluencethe
cookingoperation.
