Installation Process Overview
The instructions on the following pages contain detailed steps on how to restore
or upgrade the Keysight M9036A BIOS. The process contains these four stages:
1 Important: When upgrading the BIOS from Keysight AG19 or a previous
version, you must install Microsoft Fix it 50470 before updating to AG21 or
AG21-M. See Step 1: Install Microsoft Fix it 50470 for detailed information.
2 Download the BIOS files from www.Keysight.com.
3 Download the AMI BIOS utility from AMI.com.
4 Update the M9036A BIOS and verify BIOS version.
