-221 Settings conflict; Change to I/Q state or source causes AM WB to be
turned off.
The modulation type AM WB requires that I/Q is on and that the I'Q
source is set to external. This error is reported when the user
turns I/Q off or changes the I/Q source to something other than
external or sum. When this happens AM WB is turned off.
-221 Settings conflict; Changing one of the setup parameters caused the
clock rate to be out of range. The clock rate has been clipped to its
new lower limit.
Clock rate limits are dependant on of the other setup parameters.
This error is reported when the parameters change causing the clock
rate to be below the new limits.

channel following it to be on. All transport channels following
channel #{value} have been turned off
Transport channels must be turned on sequentially. Therefore, all
transport channels with a higher number than a channel that is
turned off will be automatically turned off.
