-221 Settings conflict; The Start Frequency(f1) must always be less than or
equal to the StopFrequency(f2). The Stop Frequency was set equal to
the Start Frequency.
-221 Settings conflict; The state of AWGN's Ec Reference has been turned
off. Ec/No information is no longer valid. Please choose a valid EcRef
channel type.
EcRef must be selected as a channel in the 'on' state. Therefore
since the state of the channel is now 'off', Ec/No values displayed
will be invalid.
-221 Settings conflict; Sum of FM1/PM1 and FM2/PM2 deviation cannot
exceed
maximum value.
The sum of FM1/PM1 and FM2/PM2 deviation must always be less than
or equal to the maximum deviation value.
-221 Settings conflict; TCH/FS Conflicts with another multiframe type.

TGPL1 is the duration of transmission gap pattern 1. The gap
pattern consists of TGSN, TGD, TGL1 and TGL2. The gap pattern can't
be generated if the TGPL1 value is too short. TGPL1 should meet the
condition as below; TGD parameter is not set to Undefined or 0.
