TGPL2 is the duration of transmission gap pattern 2. The gap
pattern consists of TGSN, TGD, TGL1 and TGL2. The gap pattern can't
be generated if the TGPL2 value is too short. TGPL2 should meet the
condition as below; TGD parameter is not set to Undefined or 0.
