  If your Ki Mobility Wheelchair pulls to one side, it might be due to looseness in the chair. Ensure all tire pressures are correct and equal. Also, check that all fasteners are appropriately tightened and look for any interference at the rear wheel and front casters. Removing any caster/bearing debris may also help.

  If your Ki Mobility Wheelchair is wobbling, ensure all tire pressures are correct and equal. Check to make sure all fasteners are tightened appropriately. If your wheelchair has spokes, tighten them. Also check for any interference at the rear wheel and front casters, and remove any caster or bearing debris.

  If you're experiencing difficulty turning your Ki Mobility Wheelchair, check to make sure casters are contacting the ground and float is not present. Optimize the CG setting. Additionally, inspect the rear wheel and front casters for any interference and remove any caster/bearing debris.
