Why does my Ki Mobility Catalyst 5 Wheelchair pull to one side?

If your Ki Mobility Wheelchair pulls to one side, begin by ensuring that all tire pressures are correct and equal. Then, check to make sure all fasteners are appropriately tightened, and tighten them if necessary. Also, verify that the casters are contacting the ground and that there is no float present. Optimize the CG setting. Look for any interference at the rear wheel and front casters. Lubricate between frame connections and mating parts in suspect areas with a Teflon-based lubricant. Finally, remove any caster/bearing debris.
