IMlen purchased from an Authonzed KICKER Dealer, KICKER warrants this product to be free from defects in material ard
'M:lrkmanship under normal use for a perioo of TWO (2) YEAAS from date of original purchase with receipt. tt this product is
identified as "Refurbished" or "B Goods", the warranty is limited to a perioo of THREE (3) MONTHS from the date of original
purchase. In all cases )OI.J must have the original receipt. Should service be necessary under this warranty fcr arry reason
due to manufactunng defect or rnalfunctKlll during the warranty perioo, KICKER will repair or replace (at its discretion) the
defective merchandise with equivalent merchandise. Warranty replacements may have cosmetic scratches ard blemishes.
Diseonbnued products may be replaoed with mcre current equivalent products. This warranty is valid onty for the original
purchaser ard is not extended to owners of the product subsequent to the original purchaser. kry applicable impl~
warranties are limited in durau to a perioo of the express warranty as provided herein begrning with the date of the original
purchase at retail, ard no warranties, whether express or mplied, shall apply to this product thereafter. Some states do not

at www.kicker.com cr by oontact,ng Sbltwater Designs directty. You can oonfirm that a dealer is auroized by asking to see a
current aurotzed dealer window decal. tt ,t becomes necessary fcr )OI.J to return defective merchandise directty to Sbltwater
Designs (KICKER), call the KICKER Customer Servce Deparbrnent at (405) 624-8510 for a Return Merchandise Authonzation
(RMA) number. Package onty the defective items in a package that will prevent shipping damage, ard return to: Sbltwater
Designs, 3100 North Husbard St, Stiltwater, OK 74075
The RMA number must be clearty marked on the outside of the package. Please return onty defective components. The
return of functioning items increases your return freight charges. Non-defective items will be returned freightcollect to )OI.J. For
example, if a SUOMX>fer is defective, onty return the defective suOMX>fer, not the entire enclosure. Include a copy of the
original receipt with the purchase date clearty visible, ard a "proof-of-purchase" staterrent listing the Customer's name,
Dealer's name ard 1nV01Ce n1.XT1ber, ard product purchased. Warranty expration on items without proof-of-purchase will be
determined from the type of sale ard manufactunng date codle. Freight must be prepaid; items sent freight-collect, or COO,
will be refused.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED? This warranty is vafid onty if the product is used fcr the purpose for which it was designed. It
does not cover: Damage due to improper installation, Freight Damage, Subsequent damage to other components, Speakers
damaged due to amplifier clipping or distortion, Return shipping on non-defective items, Servce performed by arryone other
than KICKER, kry cost or expense related to the removal cr re1nstallation of product, Products with lairnpered or missing
barcode labels, Products with lairnpered or missing serial rumbers, Products returned without a Return Merchandise
Authonzation (RMA) rumber, Products purchased from an UNALJTl-lORIZED dealer, The cost of shipping product to KICKER,
Items previousty repared or modified by arry unautmrized repair facility, Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? KICKER stnves to maintain a goal of one week turnaround for all electronJCS (amplifiers,
crossovers, equalizers, etc.) returns. Delays may be incurred if lack of replacerrent inventcry cr parts is encountered. Failure
