Before you start
Assembling the front handle and barrier bar
1.
Loosen the pre-assembled bolts on the front handle (12) using the hex key (36).
Separate the front handle (12) from the barrier bar (13).
2.
Attach the front handle (12) and the barrier bar (13) to the upper drive shaft tube (11)
with the screw engaging into one of the 3 holes (Fig. 1).
3. Secure them with the two bolts using the hex key (36).

Assembling the trimmer head
The trimmer head (28) is used together with both the cutting-attachment guard (22) and
the trimming guard (27). Use the trimmer head for cutting smaller types of weed, lawn
grass or similar soft vegetation.
1. Put the trimming guard (27) onto the cutting-attachment guard (22) and tighten the
three screws securely using the hex key (35) (Fig. 2).
