Remove the knurled nut, the spring,
the friction plate and the felt disk on
the friction shaft (arrow).
Once in a year the felt disk should
be put in a Cardan oil bath. If the felt
disk is worn (surface is hardened) it
has to be changed and oiled.
Mount the friction again.
Thread a lm and adjust the friction
(see chapter before).
 
To tension the toothed belt loosen
the 2 Allen locking screws (arrows)
of the tension jack.
Move the tension jack up to tension
the toothed belt.
Fasten the locking screws again.

Due to the moved gear on the tension check, you have to check the chain tension and if
necessary to adjust it.
